Safety tips
Most appointments are uneventful, and a few simple habits keep it that way. Before a first session, exchange enough messages to be confident you are talking to the person in the profile, and agree the session length, the treatment and the price in advance rather than on arrival.
Tell someone you trust where you are going and when you expect to be finished. If a therapist visits you, keep the arrangement to a space you are comfortable in; if you travel to a studio, check the address exists and looks like what was described.
You can end a session at any point, for any reason. If something about a listing is wrong — the photographs do not match, the details are false, or you were treated badly — tell us and we will act on it. Serious concerns about coercion should also go to our reporting page.
