I’m JR — a professionally trained massage therapist with 15 years of experience working with the body. massage have been my life’s work, and I’m passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and feel confident in their bodies. Over the years, I’ve developed a natural feel for the body and an intuitive understanding of where tension needs attention. Some clients even say I have a gift for it. My approach combines deep tissue, sports, and Swedish massage, customized to your body and what you need that day. Whether you’re recovering from training, carrying tension, feeling stressed, or simply want to disconnect and relax, every session is designed around you. 1-hour, 90-minute, and 2-hour sessions are available. I’m primarily based in New York City, with a private studio in Hell’s Kitchen. Most sessions are in-call, but I’m happy to travel to you when I have advance notice and my schedule allows. Last-minute bookings are welcome. I’m available on call and happy to accommodate you whenever I can. I’m LGBT-friendly and provide a welcoming, comfortable, judgment-free environment.
